Role Description

This permanent part-time role is responsible for crafting and executing awesome content across our digital platforms to enhance the brand's exposure, reputation, and engagement within the marketplace of athletes, sporting parents, and the broader strength and conditioning & physiotherapy industries.

Primary Function

The primary function of this role is to plan, produce, and edit engaging short and long-form content using the resources and talent at our disposal: our own staff, and your creative storytelling skills.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Help shape the brand identity by playing a pivotal role in updating our marketing assets.
  • Be handy as a graphic designer.
  • Keep our exercise library maintained by filming new programs every training block and uploading them to YouTube.

Accountabilities

Content Output

  • Measure the amount of content you can produce per week across all platforms and strike the balance between quantity and quality.

Brand Engagement

  • Track engagement -- shares, comments, and saves. If the content isn't hitting metrics you're happy with, pivot without a second thought.

Staff Satisfaction

  • Help show the world just how good our coaching and physio staff are. Make content creation easy for the rest of the team.

Onboarding

We expect and estimate that your runway to KPI will be approximately six weeks. During this time, you'd be testing out new ideas, getting in your rhythm, and learning the ropes. During this period, you'll also get insane amounts of content and marketing training from some of the most trusted internet courses.
