Part-Time Content Creator & Social Media Manager
Location: North London (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the office, with the remaining hours worked remotely)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Salary: £14.00 per hour

VORSPRUNG is a fast-growing UK brand specialising in smart EV charging solutions. We help EV owners charge smarter with reliable, high-quality home charging products.
We're looking for a creative, motivated and hands-on Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help build our brand across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
About the Role
This is a hands-on content creation role. You'll be responsible for planning, filming, editing and publishing engaging content that builds our brand and connects with EV owners and installers across the UK.
You'll spend 2–3 days each week in our North London office creating content, filming products and working with the team. The remaining hours can be worked remotely while editing videos, scheduling posts and planning content.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts.
- Film and edit high-quality short-form videos.
- Create product demonstrations, educational videos and behind-the-scenes content.
- Visit customer installations to capture real-life content.
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and optimise posts for each platform.
- Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends.
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches.

Requirements
- Experience creating engaging content for social media.
- Confident filming and editing videos.
- Experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Creative, organised and proactive.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- A full UK driving licence is an advantage.
- Interest in technology or electric vehicles is a bonus, but not essential.

We're looking for someone who loves creating content, enjoys coming up with fresh ideas and wants to help build one of the UK's leading EV charging brands. This role is about creating content that people genuinely enjoy watching not simply posting on social media.

KPI
- Produce at least 5 short-form videos per week.
- Publish 3–5 social media posts per week.
- Create daily Stories across our social media channels.
- Grow engagement and followers across all platforms.
- Help increase website traffic through organic social media.
- Create content that can also be used in our paid advertising campaigns.
