Part Time Customer Care Advisor

Customer Support Advisor

Location: Ewloe Salary: £14,996 per annum, plus an excellent monthly bonus and comprehensive benefits Hours: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day), including rostered weekend working (07:30–18:00) Contract: Part-time (able to work any 5–7 days per week)

About the Role

At Brakes, we serve 1.5 million products daily across the UK—feeding pubs, schools, hospitals, and catering facilities. Our 6,000-strong workforce ensures exceptional service, yesterday, today, and every day.

We’re looking for a talented, results-driven Customer Support Advisor to join our fast-paced contact centre as part of Commercial Operations. You’ll be a multi-skilled professional, blending customer care with sales expertise to deliver brilliance in every interaction.

In this role, you’ll be the smile at the end of the phone, resolving queries, upholding service promises, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for inbound and outbound customer interactions, including order placement and issue management
  • Apply Brakes' sales-through-service approach to drive revenue growth, enhance customer loyalty, and increase lifetime value
  • Collaborate with Field Sales to nurture and retain customer relationships
  • Ensure seamless communication across departments while adhering to internal policies
  • Work autonomously to meet productivity and quality targets outlined in Quality Framework
  • Continuously develop expertise in Brakes’ products, services, and processes
