A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer-focused individual to join a well-established and market-leading business based in St Albans. This varied role would suit someone with previous customer service and administration experience who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, supporting a range of enquiries while coordinating with internal departments to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
- Managing customer requests and ensuring timely resolutions
- Providing administrative support across customer service, sales and service functions
- Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinating loan and trial equipment, including dispatch, returns and tracking
- Supporting sales campaigns, promotions and customer engagement activities
- Liaising with customers regarding repairs and service updates
- Coordinating schedules and activities for field-based engineers
- Assisting with stock control, inventory management and warehouse administration
- Processing stock transfers and returns
- Working closely with sales, technical and account management teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensuring company procedures, quality standards and compliance requirements are followed

- Previous experience within customer service, administration, sales support or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Experience coordinating stock, logistics or service activities would be advantageous
- A collaborative team player with a flexible attitude
