Part Time Customer Support Advisor
Ashford / Remote 14,996 per annum (plus excellent monthly bonus & great benefits) 20 hours per week, 4 hours/day, working any 5/7 days (including weekend rota with opening hours 07:30–18:00).
Start Date & Training
3rd August 2024 – 5-week training period, working Monday to Friday (9:00–17:00).
About the Role

We’re now looking for a talented, results-driven Customer Support Advisor to join our busy Contact Centre team.
As a Customer Support Advisor, you’ll be the smile at the end of the line, the go-to expert, and the hero who keeps our customers’ operations running smoothly. You’ll work across both sales and customer care, driving growth, building loyalty, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a multi-skilled advisor in sales and customer care.
- Ensure ownership of all inbound and outbound customer interactions, including:
- Handling order placements
- Resolving queries and service issues
- Collaborating with Field Sales to nurture customer relationships
- Implement Brakes’s sales-through-service approach to drive profitability, customer loyalty, and long-term value.
- Maintain strong communication across departments, while following internal policies.
- Be self-motivated to meet productivity targets and departmental KPIs.
- Drive personal development by keeping up-to-date with Brakes’ products, services, and processes.
- Achieve and exceed quality targets aligned with Brakes’ Quality Framework.
