Key Responsibilities: To achieve assigned sales, revenue, gross profit and customer development targets by identifying, developing and securing business opportunities from prospective and existing Chinese enterprise customers across the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets. To report to and work closely with the UKBU Enterprise Customer Team Leader, ensuring that individual sales targets, team objectives and customer development plans are delivered in a professional, timely and cost-effective manner. To proactively identify client needs, explore new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular customer engagement, market research and account development activities. To accurately and timely record all sales opportunities, customer visits, follow-up actions and pipeline updates in the iSales system, in line with the company’s sales management requirements. To meet the company’s customer visit and engagement requirements, including maintaining regular contact with assigned accounts, arranging customer meetings, recording visit outcomes and following up on agreed actions. To build and maintain strong relationships with customers across assigned accounts, strengthen customer confidence in the company’s products and services, and develop long-term customer loyalty. To work closely with internal teams, including solution, pricing, project delivery, product, finance and operation teams, to ensure customer requirements are properly understood, commercially assessed and effectively delivered. To support the promotion and sales of the company’s key products and services, including connectivity, cloud, ICT, mobile, AI-related solutions and other strategic products, in line with UKBU’s business development priorities. To comply with internal sales processes, including opportunity registration, account planning, sales forecasting, customer visit tracking, pipeline management and regular reporting through required company systems. To support the development of new customers, new industries and new business models within the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets, while also maintaining and growing existing customer accounts. To promote and enhance the company’s image by demonstrating professional sales conduct, high-quality customer service and effective cross-cultural communication at all times.
Job Requirements: Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, business development or customer relationship management, preferably within the telecoms, ICT, cloud, connectivity or technology sectors. Good understanding of Chinese enterprise customers’ business needs, decision-making processes and communication styles, with the ability to develop trusted customer relationships. Strong commercial awareness and sales-driven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop customer accounts and contribute to revenue and profit growth. Experience in managing sales pipelines, customer visits, sales forecasts and opportunity follow-ups through internal sales management systems; experience with iSales or similar systems would be an advantage. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal teams and senior stakeholders in a professional manner. Ability to work across different markets, cultures and time zones, particularly in relation to customers and business opportunities across the UK, Ireland and Nordic regions. Good coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with solution, pricing, project delivery, product, finance and operation teams to support the full sales cycle. Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented, with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives. Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to keep accurate customer records, follow up on actions and manage multiple opportunities at the same time. Good understanding of sales compliance, internal approval processes and customer management requirements, with the ability to follow company policies and procedures. Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken, with the ability to support cross-cultural communication between customers, internal teams and headquarters. Willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets as required for customer meetings, business development activities and company events.
