Morning/Evenings/Weekends Care Assistant **Full driving licence with access to a vehicle essential in order to support our clients to the fullest and must be available to work alternate weekends ** Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. You don’t even require experience as we will support you with all the training you’ll need!!! What you will need is a full driving licence with access to a vehicle in order to support our clients to the fullest. Job Description As a Home Care Assistant, we will offer you: Award-winning, industry-leading training and competitive rates of pay Excellent wages of £13 per hour on weekdays and £14 per hour on weekends, double pay for bank holiday Paid Mileage/40p per mile Paid Holiday Part time hours or guaranteed hours contracts - from 10, 16+ hours part time to 36 hours guaranteed available. Refer a friend bonus – earn when you refer a friend 100’s of online & in-store discounts to be used and enjoyed. Paid Face to Face training + Online Learning and Development programme. Paid meet & greet and shadow calls (prior to providing care) No uniforms DBS fully refunded 20 days holiday a year plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata) Matching you to clients based on similar interests and hobbies to help you and your client enjoy your time together. Minimum visits of one hour so there is plenty of time to complete tasks and get to know your client. A variety of shifts available.
