Part Time Executive Assistant - 30 hours p/w | Gloucester | £37,500 pro rata

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Full time office based

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing international business as a Executive Assistant, providing dedicated support to the CEO and CFO.

Sitting at the heart of the organisation, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the leadership team operates efficiently while supporting strategic initiatives, business communications, executive reporting, international coordination and operational delivery across teams in the UK, US and India.

We're looking for a highly organised, commercially aware and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be someone who naturally brings structure to complexity, anticipates needs before they arise and enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable preparing board-level reports, analysing business performance data, coordinating international travel, organising company-wide events, managing executive priorities and building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
