Part-Time Female Support Worker
Location: Cardiff Hours: Up to 25 hours per week Hourly Rate: £13.10 per hour

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll contribute to our dynamic team focused on helping autistic individuals lead fulfilling, active lifestyles. Activities may include:
- Swimming sessions
- Walking group participation
- Outings, including theatre or cinema visits
- Health and wellbeing promotion
- Maintaining individual living spaces
Our support is flexible and tailored to each person’s unique strengths and goals—we’re all about empowerment.
We welcome candidates of any background, with or without prior experience supporting autistic individuals. Training and mentorship are provided! Every team member is required to be registered under Social Care Wales. Existing registrations should include your registration number in your application; registrations for new employees will be organised post-job acceptance.
