About Distille

Distille Limited is a London-registered drinks importer and wholesale distributor, building a portfolio of distinctive European producers for the UK market. Our brands include a Czech heritage lager with roots dating to 1434, Portuguese citrus wines, and Italian artisan gin. We supply on-trade venues and independent retailers across the South East and Midlands, with an expanding portfolio and field sales operation launching in August 2026.

The Role

We are recruiting a part-time field sales representative to develop and manage accounts across Brighton, East Sussex, and the surrounding corridor. This is a territory-ownership role — you will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, securing listings, managing ongoing relationships, and driving reorder frequency across our full portfolio. On a day-to-day, you will be visiting pubs, bars, restaurants, and independent off-licences in person. You will present our range, conduct tastings where appropriate, negotiate listings, and ensure accounts are serviced consistently. You will report directly to the founder and work alongside a small team of territory reps across the South East and Midlands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
