- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance team
- Address financial queries and assist in audits as required
Profile Requirements
A strong candidate for this role will have:
- A background in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of financial processes
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
