Finance Manager (Part-Time) | Leeds City Centre | Up to £50,000 FTE | Flexible Working Pattern

Part-time finance roles are rare. Part-time finance roles with genuine flexibility are even rarer. This is one of those opportunities that stands out. This is an innovative Leeds-based business that has built a culture people genuinely enjoy being part of. The finance function is well respected, the leadership team are approachable, and there is a real emphasis on making work fit around life rather than the other way around.

In fact, they have a dedicated member of staff whose primary role is looking after the wellbeing and happiness of the team. That probably tells you quite a lot about the type of environment they've created.

They're now looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function while working on a part-time basis. The business is open-minded on how the role is structured and understands that flexibility means different things to different people. Whether you're looking for shorter days, fewer days, school-friendly hours or a bespoke working pattern, they're happy to have that conversation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
