Part-Time Freelance Venue & Administration Assistant
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join Studio Beyond on a freelance, part-time basis (16 hours per week).
This is a varied role, combining remote working with time at our Liverpool venue during performances and events.
What you'll be doing:
- Answering phone calls and responding to general enquiries
- Managing bookings and customer communications
- Creating and scheduling social media posts
- Assisting with the day-to-day running of the venue during performances
- Providing general administrative support to the Studio Beyond team

We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience in Graphic Design and creating engaging social media content
- A business-minded approach with strong administrative skills
- Experience within theatre, live events, or the arts (preferred)
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a small, creative team
- A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude

Location
This role is a hybrid position, with a mixture of remote working and in-person support at Studio Beyond. Applicants should be based in or around the Liverpool area.
