Part-time Guest Experience Specialist LTN

Guest Experience Specialist – Signature Aviation, Luton FBO

Part-time contract – 4-on, 2-off Salary starting from £15,000

Your New Role

As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will:

  • Support day-to-day operations at our base, ensuring exceptional guest experience for all guests and flight crews in alignment with Signature Service Program.
  • Deliver outstanding experiences through all touch points, from reservation to arrival and departure, including manual handling tasks.
  • Process guest reservations via Signet (our internal platform), checking Outlook and Signet boxes regularly to ensure timely responses.
  • Facilitate departing and arriving flights, collaborating with the wider Guest Experience team to share service details and crucial flight information.
  • Serve guests with refreshments in our lounge.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Vous must be eligible for company background checks (criminal, motor vehicle) and pass drug & alcohol tests.
  • Meet airport background check requirements to obtain and maintain an airport security badge.
  • Be insurable under Signature Aviation’s policies.
  • Hold the right to work in the UK.
  • Possess a full UK driving licence.

Preferred Experience & Skills

We’ll provide full training, but ideally, you have:

  • Proven experience in front-of-house or ramp-side roles (within Aviation Services or Hospitality).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in communicating professionally.
  • Adaptability, reliability, and a sharp judgment with high standards of accuracy.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment—staying calm, focused, and organised.

Technical Skills

  • IT-literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bonus if you have additional language skills.
