Rikama Education Ltd are supporting an SEMH provision in Bromley who are looking for a Hair and Beauty Teacher/Tutor/HLTA to join their team for 2 days a week as soon as possible. This role will become a permanent position for the right person.

The Successful Candidate Will
✔ Plan and deliver engaging lessons and schemes of work
✔ Differentiate learning to support all learner abilities
✔ Deliver both group teaching and 1:1 learner support
✔ Monitor learner progress and maintain accurate records
✔ Prepare learners for assessments and successful outcomes
✔ Promote safeguarding, Prevent and learner wellbeing
✔ Manage classroom behaviour effectively
✔ Support learners with literacy, numeracy and ICT development

✔ Maintain high achievement and pass rates
Requirements
✔ PTLLS / CTLLS qualification - desirable
✔ DTLLS / Cert Ed / PGCE desirable
✔ Hair and/or Beauty Qualification
✔ GCSE English & Maths Grade C/4 or above
✔ Strong classroom management and communication skills
✔ Experience delivering vocational training or tutoring
✔ Passionate about learner progression and education
