A highly motivated and professional part-time handyman with skills across multiple trades is needed to deliver exceptional quality craftsmanship for residential and commercial customers in Eastham. Ideal candidates will be independent and solution-focused, with excellent communication skills to build trust with clients and exceed customer expectations.

Key responsibilities
✔ Complete residential and commercial repairs across various trades including:
- Carpentry, drywall repair, painting
- Tile work, basic plumbing, and electrical fixes
- Quick troubleshooting of home and business maintenance
✔ Create opportunities for increased business:
- Identify painting, repairs, or upgrades while on-site
- Build customer confidence and suggest additional value-driven services post-job
✔ Provide prompt, effective service with expert decision-making
✔ Work as a professional, punctual team player
Required skills and qualifications
💼 3+ years of handyman experience preferred
🔧 Own truck/van and trade-specific tools
🏢 Professional attitude—appearance, communications, and job site conduct must reflect a well-groomed, dependable worker
