Part-Time HR & People Manager (30 hours) – Hybrid

Right to work in the UK is essential. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship*

Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a standalone role and loves shaping people culture within a creative SME? Our client — a respected creative consultancy working with major global entertainment brands — is expanding and hiring a part time HR & People Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the HR function and make a real impact in a friendly, collaborative business. 2 days in Hammersmith office, 2 days WFH (also the option to do 5 x short days if preferred)

The Role

As the company’s dedicated HR professional, you’ll manage the full employee life cycle, support managers, maintain HR processes, and help shape a positive workplace culture. You’ll partner closely with directors and the Operations team, reporting to the MD, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
