Key Responsibilities:
Programme & Multi-Project Delivery Management
- Managed concurrent projects across multiple European countries (UK, Germany, etc.), covering network deployment, system integration, and warehouse/office infrastructure delivery;
- Accountable for overall project delivery outcomes, coordinating planning, resource allocation, and critical path management across multiple workstreams;
- Balanced schedule, quality, and cost in complex delivery environments to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.
Key Account & Stakeholder Management
- Acted as the primary interface for key clients, leading communication throughout the full project lifecycle and managing client expectations;
- Coordinated cross-functional teams, including internal technical teams, clients, vendors, and third parties, to drive timely decision-making and issue resolution;
- Tailored engagement and delivery approaches based on industry-specific requirements (e.g. banking, logistics, manufacturing).
Complex Delivery & On-site Decision Making
- Led implementation strategy and made key on-site decisions to ensure technical feasibility and compliance in real-world environments;
- Drove site surveys, solution optimisation, and execution planning to ensure successful delivery in complex scenarios;
- Managed delivery in live operational environments, balancing construction activities with business continuity and safety requirements.

Supply Chain & Vendor Ecosystem Management
- Oversaw multi-vendor delivery ecosystem, establishing effective collaboration models to enhance delivery efficiency and quality;
- Managed vendor performance and mitigated delivery risks to ensure key milestones were achieved;
- Coordinated local and cross-border supply chain resources to support project execution across different countries.
Risk, Change & Governance
- Established and executed risk management frameworks, proactively identifying and mitigating technical, schedule, and compliance risks;
- Led change control processes to ensure all scope variations were properly assessed, approved, and documented;
- Ensured full compliance with internal governance processes and local regulatory requirements across European markets, maintaining audit-ready project documentation.
Commercial & Financial Accountability
- Accountable for project commercial performance, including revenue (BR), cost control, and margin delivery;
- Drove accounts receivable (AR) collection in line with contractual milestones, supporting healthy cash flow;
- Identified and converted additional client needs into commercial opportunities, contributing to project value growth.
Standardisation & Capability Development
- Contributed to the optimisation of project management practices across multiple projects, improving overall delivery efficiency;
- Produced lessons learned and best practices to support continuous improvement within the regional PM function;
- Ensured projects met internal audit and governance standards, with selected projects recognised as benchmark delivery cases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field;
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in ICT project delivery, technical support, infrastructure deployment, or project coordination;
- Basic understanding of server, storage, SAN switch, virtualization, and operating systems;
- Familiarity with mainstream vendors such as Huawei, Lenovo, Dell, HPE, NetApp or similar;
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, VMware, Hyper-V and enterprise IT infrastructure;
- Ability to support simple troubleshooting and log collection;
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Strong problem-solving ability and execution mindset;
- Good written and verbal English skills;
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
- Good reporting and documentation skills;
- Customer-oriented and delivery-focused;
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up ability;
- Team player with cross-functional coordination skills;
- Able to balance technical support and project execution tasks;
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English.
