Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at The Greatfield

As part of our Ember Inns, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen team that strives for excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape menus, serve great food, and train exceptional team members.

We are a local pub where classic traditional pub grub, warm firesides, and a selection of real ales come together. What will I be doing?

As the Kitchen Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Training and inspiring your team to uphold high standards in food quality
  • Collaborating to smash operational targets and meet service expectations
  • Supporting with food ordering, preparation, and stock control
  • Leading with expertise in delivering food aligned with the brand’s menu
  • Ensuring strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations
  • Creating a positive and supportive culture where every team member thrives
