Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at The Greatfield
As part of our Ember Inns, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen team that strives for excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape menus, serve great food, and train exceptional team members.

What will I be doing?
As the Kitchen Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Training and inspiring your team to uphold high standards in food quality
- Collaborating to smash operational targets and meet service expectations
- Supporting with food ordering, preparation, and stock control
- Leading with expertise in delivering food aligned with the brand’s menu
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and hygiene regulations
- Creating a positive and supportive culture where every team member thrives
