Key Responsibilities
- Train and motivate your kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and food quality
- Hit targets with precision, leading your team to consistent high performance
- Oversee food ordering, preparation, and stock control efficiently
- Master branded menus, ensuring consistency across all tastes
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations
- Foster a positive, inclusive kitchen culture where everyone feels valued
