About the Role
As Part Time Kitchen Team Leader at O'Neill's Bromley, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will oversee the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?

Responsibilities
As Kitchen Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Training and inspiring your Chefs and kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
- Driving the team to smash targets
- Supporting with:
- Food ordering
- Food preparation
- Stock control
- Mastering the branded menu requirements
- Ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations
