Job Title: Part Time Legal Secretary
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £14 - £15 per hour
Hours: Wednesday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team on a part time basis, supporting the legal team across a wide range of matters while helping to ensure the smooth day to day running of operations.
This role would suit someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who thrives in a collaborative and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure client enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Operate a digital dictation system for correspondence and documentation.
- Use the case management system for maintaining client files.
- Undertake file opening, archiving, and day to day filing using paper lite systems.
- Provide support with billing and payments.
- Manage electronic diaries, arrange client meetings, and organise conference rooms.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support across multiple teams when required.

Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an administrative or secretary role (legal experience preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- A proactive and flexible "can do" attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for delivering high quality client service.
