Wednesday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm


About the Role

Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? If so, this perfect opportunity awaits!

Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team on a part-time basis. This role involves supporting the legal team across diverse matters while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Ideal for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, thriving in a collaborative and professional environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients and handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
  • Ensure client enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Operate a digital dictation system for correspondence and documentation.
  • Use the case management system for maintaining client files.
  • Undertake file opening, archiving, and day-to-day filing (paper-light systems).
  • Provide support with billing and payments.
  • Manage electronic diaries, arrange client meetings, and organise conference rooms.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Offer support across multiple teams, as required.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience in an administrative or secretary role (legal experience is a plus but not essential).
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A proactive and flexible approach – "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
