Maintenance Team Member - Part-Time Role

Role Overview: Maintenance Team Member
We’re now hiring a Maintenance Team Member to help shape the Staycity guest journey.
Contract Details
- Working hours: 22.5 hours per week (4 days)
- Hourly rate: £13.30 per hour
- Shift duration: 6 hours (including a 30-minute unpaid break)

Requirements
We’d love candidates who have:
- Previous relevant experience, preferably in maintenance, safety, and health regulations of similar environments like properties or hotels
- Some knowledge of country/property-specific regulations, though this is not strictly required

Responsibilities
Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with the Maintenance Manager in supporting planned maintenance checks
- Taking a hands-on approach to both preventive and reactive maintenance
- Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly safety checks to ensure everything is in working order for apartments and public areas
- Supporting preventive and curative maintenance of the premises and equipment
- Assisting in promoting environmental protection and defining internal sustainability measures
- Monitoring and assisting with stocks, equipment, and supplies for the department
- Ensuring compliance with current safety procedures
- Maintaining the condition of the building, technical equipment, and all safety/alarm systems
- Reporting and mitigating potential or existing hazards immediately
