Part-Time Marketing & Growth Associate
Green Orbit / SmartFitIQ
Initial equity-based opportunity — up to 1% equity, subject to agreed milestones and vesting
We are continuing to grow the team at Green Orbit as we develop SmartFitIQ, our AI-assisted fit and allocation platform for uniforms and PPE.
SmartFitIQ is being developed to help organisations improve sizing accuracy, reduce waste, strengthen audit trails, support employee wellbeing, and promote more inclusive PPE and uniform provision.
The platform is currently being developed in collaboration with CEMET — the Centre of Excellence in Mobile and Emerging Technologies at the University of South Wales — alongside engagement with public sector organisations as we continue to develop and validate the solution.
We are now looking to connect with a UK-based Part-Time Marketing & Growth Associate who is interested in helping build something meaningful from an early stage.
This role would suit someone with a strong interest in:
- Marketing strategy
- Digital content
- LinkedIn and social media growth
- Public sector and B2B outreach
- Sustainability and ESG communications
- Workplace wellbeing
- PPE, uniforms, procurement or corporate responsibility
- Startup growth and early-stage brand building
About the role
This is an early-stage startup opportunity for someone who wants to help shape the voice, visibility and market positioning of Green Orbit and SmartFitIQ.
The role will initially be part-time, likely around 8–10 hours per week, and will be structured on an equity-based / milestone-vesting basis until funding allows salary or paid remuneration.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
