About the Role
As a Marketing Growth Business Partner, you will help amplify Flowmingo through content, community, and thought leadership. You will:
- Spark meaningful conversations around modern hiring.
- Educate key audiences about our platform.
- Guide interested teams toward adopting Flowmingo.
This is a referral-based role with no fixed hours. Whether you're an agency recruiter, HR consultant, talent acquisition expert, or a network builder with expertise in hiring, this role offers maximum flexibility and high-impact results.

What You’ll Do
- Introduce Flowmingo to your network and industry communities.
- Share how our AI interview platform transforms hiring, saves time, and enhances candidate quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner as users explore the platform.
- Provide real-time market feedback to help us refine our product and program offerings.
- Operate independently, building autonomy while earning commission based on performance.
