Role Description
The Part-time Mental Wellness Consultant role is a remote position focused on guiding individuals toward improved mental and emotional well-being through online consultations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Conducting wellness assessments
- Providing brief counseling support
- Recommending appropriate therapy or self-help resources within the TherapyMantra platform
- Educating clients on mental wellness practices
- Assisting with personalized wellness plans
- Supporting users in navigating digital tools such as meditation content and self-help modules

Additional tasks may include:
- Collaborating with therapists
- Contributing to workplace wellness initiatives
- Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Wellness skills to support clients with empathy, active listening, and solution-focused guidance.
- Sales and Coaching skills to help clients understand available services, encourage engagement with wellness programs, and motivate sustained participation.
- Training and Coaching skills to deliver psychoeducation, facilitate workshops or webinars, and build client self-efficacy in using mental wellness tools.
- Background in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field; relevant certifications or licenses are strongly preferred.
- Experience providing remote or telehealth-based support, with strong digital literacy and comfort using online platforms.
- Excellent communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work with diverse populations across time zones.
- Strong ethical judgment, respect for confidentiality, and familiarity with mental health best practices.
