Part-Time Occupational Health Advisor

Occupational Health Advisor (Known internally as Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor) Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leominster and Uttoxeter Part-time | 24 hours per week Join our snack-loving team We’re looking for an Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join us at KP Snacks. About the role As our Employee Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll deliver our occupational health agenda, supporting colleagues across multiple sites through expert clinical guidance, case management and proactive wellbeing initiatives. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of five, working in partnership with Operations and Corporate Functions to provide practical, people-focused solutions. You’ll mainly support our Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Leominster and Uttoxeter sites, with occasional travel to other sites. Working closely with Human Resources, Health & Safety and senior leaders, you’ll help shape how we support our colleagues’ health – now and in the future. What’s in it for you? Deliver occupational health services Lead on case management, health surveillance and wellbeing programmes to support colleague health across sites Provide expert advice and guidance Partner with Human Resources and line managers to offer clear, practical solutions on wellbeing and occupational health matters Use data to drive action Analyse trends and insights to develop targeted initiatives aligned to business priorities and Government guidance Support change and colleague relations Provide wellbeing expertise during organisational change, ensuring colleagues feel supported and informed Shape policies and ways of working Work with Health & Safety, Human Resources and senior leaders to review and improve Employee Health & Wellbeing processes Who are we? We’d love to hear from you if you can bring: Registered General Nurse qualification NMC registered with Part 3 Occupational Health qualification Occupational health experience Experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within manufacturing or a similar setting Strong relationship-building skills Confidence working cross-functionally and influencing at different levels of the business Clinical expertise and attention to detail Ability to apply evidence-based practice and produce clear, high-quality reports A proactive, people-first mindset Organised, collaborative and passionate about supporting both physical and mental wellbeing #LI-SC1 #LI-Hybrid
