Are you looking for a long-term part-time opportunity within a professional corporate environment? Our client, a well-established firm within the wealth management and financial services sector, is seeking a proactive and polished Office Assistant to provide essential support across their busy London office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, takes pride in maintaining a professional workplace, and is looking for a stable, ongoing part-time position.
Working Pattern
- ✅ Monday (essential) - 8:30am to 5:30pm
- ✅ Ideally a second day on Tuesday
- ✅ Wednesday may be considered as an alternative second day

The Role
Duties
As Office Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy corporate office. Duties will include:
- Providing administrative support to the senior management and business support teams
- Managing office supplies, stationery and kitchen consumables
- Coordinating couriers, deliveries and post
- Booking travel, accommodation and transport where required
- Organising meeting rooms and assisting with meeting preparation
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors and building management
- Maintaining office records and filing systems
- Supporting with office health & safety administration and compliance checks
- Assisting with company events, projects and ad hoc office initiatives
- Handling general office enquiries and day-to-day administrative tasks

Reception Support
Required
On occasion, you will be required to provide cover for the reception area during annual leave or breaks. This will involve:
- Welcoming visitors and clients
- Answering and directing calls
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Maintaining a professional front-of-house experience
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- Professional, articulate and well-presented
- Comfortable working within a corporate office environment
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities
- Friendly, proactive and approachable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experienced within administration, office support, reception or workplace coordination roles
- Looking for a long-term part-time opportunity
