π Part-Time Office Manager / Team Administrator | Ongoing Temporary Opportunity π
Looking for a flexible part-time role where you can truly make an impact?
We're partnering with a client based in the heart of St James's, just off Jermyn Street, to find a confident and capable Office Manager / Team Administrator to join their friendly team on an ongoing temporary basis.
This opportunity has come about as the current postholder has moved into a more M&A-focused role, creating the perfect opening for someone who enjoys taking ownership of office operations and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of a close-knit team of just four people, you'll be the go-to person for all things office and administration. You'll have plenty of autonomy and the chance to make the role your own, ensuring the day-to-day running of the business is seamless.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Managing office suppliers and vendor relationships
- Processing invoices, bills and general office expenses
- Coordinating office operations and administration
- Supporting the team with day-to-day business needs
- Helping create an organised, welcoming and efficient working environment

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
