Part-Time Office Manager
Location: On-site, Leeds
Hours: Part-time – 2–3 hours per day, between 3 and 5 days per week, with flexibility to suit the needs of the business. The exact working pattern can be agreed with the successful candidate.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to join our friendly, close-knit team. This is a varied and hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of office operations and is happy to turn their hand to a wide range of responsibilities.
No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who is adaptable, practical and willing to get involved wherever needed. As a small business, everyone works together, and we’re looking for someone who shares that attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with basic accounts administration, including processing invoices, payments and general bookkeeping tasks.
- Acting as the main point of contact for our external HR provider (Peninsula), assisting with HR administration and ensuring employment matters are dealt with efficiently.
- Liaising with our external IT support company, helping coordinate IT issues, equipment and office technology.
- Supporting compliance requirements and working with our external compliance consultants to ensure policies and procedures remain up to date.
- Maintaining efficient office administration and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
- Ordering office supplies and managing relationships with suppliers.
- Assisting the management team with a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Office Administrator or similar administrative role.
- Experience of basic accounts or bookkeeping.
- Excellent IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and general business software.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with external suppliers and advisers.
- The ability to work independently, prioritise workload and use initiative.
- A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
- High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
