About the Role

Manpower are currently seeking a part-time onsite HR Co-ordinator, to work with our global client onsite in Blackpool (FY4).

This is a part-time temporary ongoing role requiring 20-25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £13.33 per hour, depending upon experience (plus quarterly performance related bonus)

20-25 hours per week (fixed pattern agreed in advance, within 07:00–19:00 Monday–Friday)

We’re looking for a proactive and self-sufficient part-time Onsite Delivery Consultant to take ownership of recruitment and workforce support at a key client site in Blackpool. You’ll be working in an office within a manufacturing environment, supporting day-to-day workforce operations for a world-renowned, market-leading organisation specialising in medical equipment manufacturing.

This is a standalone, part-time role where you’ll be the primary onsite contact, managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and day-to-day workforce queries. You’ll be trusted to organise your own time, manage priorities, and make decisions independently.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
