The Buckinghamshire Perinatal Mental Health Team is seeking a highly organised, empathetic, and self-motivated Team Administrator to join our award-winning team on a part-time basis working 15 hours per week working Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.00 to 17.00.

About Us
The Buckinghamshire Perinatal Mental Health Team is a specialist community mental health service committed to delivering quality care. We provide a countywide service in Buckinghamshire, supporting mothers and babies to maintain and promote good mental health throughout pregnancy and the first postpartum year. - Ensure the smooth operation of the team by managing various administrative tasks and offering secretarial assistance to support the delivery of quality care.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date diaries and records, manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, and handle telephone calls efficiently to support team communication.
- Prepare and type letters and reports, ensure clinical data is accurately updated, and manage the processing of referrals and discharges to maintain seamless patient care.
- Support data quality initiatives by using databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate and reliable data management.
- Gather and maintain staff records, manage the ordering of stationery and supplies.
- Carry out a range of general administrative tasks as directed by the management team to support the overall functioning of the team.
