Role: Porter

Location: Seaham Hall, County Durham

Salary: £12.71 per hour (depending on experience & to be discussed at interview)

Hours: up to 24hours, (Part-Time), including weekends & bank holidays.

Relationships: General Manager, Operations Manager, Reception team

About the Role

We are seeking to appoint a Porter to join our vibrant team in providing quality customer care for our guests when they arrive at the Hotel.

Key Requirements

  • Being a 'multi-skilled' individual who has previous hospitality experience - minimum x1 year
  • Due to car insurance purposes, the successful candidate must be over the age of 30
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
  • Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems
  • Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
  • Be a team player as well as an individual worker
  • To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
  • Must have transport
