Key Responsibilities
Contributing to all aspects of private client work, with a focus on: -Drafting, reviewing, and advising on wills, powers of attorney, and trusts -Performing probate and estate administration duties -Assisting clients effectively throughout their private legal needs
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise as a Private Client Practitioner (Ideally with some court or contentious probate experience)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A commitment to high ethical standards and confidentiality
