What are you going to do:
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and conduct property viewings across London.
- Welcome and accompany prospective tenants during viewings.
- Provide property information and answer general enquiries.
- Record and submit viewing feedback promptly.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Participate in weekly video meetings and monthly in-person team meetings.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Punctual, organised, and professional.
- Comfortable travelling across London when required.
- Access to a smartphone and ability to use video conferencing platforms.
- Previous property or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

Extra information
- Location: Primarily East London, with occasional appointments across Greater London
- Hours: Typically 4:00pm – 8:00pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday appointments
- Working Arrangement: Remote/Flexible
- Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour plus Travelcard expenses
The successful candidate will meet prospective tenants at properties, provide a professional introduction to the accommodation, answer basic questions, and relay feedback following each viewing.
This role would suit a university student, graduate, or individual seeking flexible part-time work with evening and occasional weekend hours.
