What are you going to do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and conduct property viewings across London.
  • Welcome and accompany prospective tenants during viewings.
  • Provide property information and answer general enquiries.
  • Record and submit viewing feedback promptly.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Participate in weekly video meetings and monthly in-person team meetings.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual, organised, and professional.
  • Comfortable travelling across London when required.
  • Access to a smartphone and ability to use video conferencing platforms.
  • Previous property or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Location: Primarily East London, with occasional appointments across Greater London
  • Hours: Typically 4:00pm – 8:00pm Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday appointments
  • Working Arrangement: Remote/Flexible
  • Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour plus Travelcard expenses

The successful candidate will meet prospective tenants at properties, provide a professional introduction to the accommodation, answer basic questions, and relay feedback following each viewing.
