Part-Time Property Viewing Coordinator – University Student Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and conduct property viewings across London
- Welcome and accompany prospective tenants during viewings
- Provide property information and answer general enquiries
- Record and submit viewing feedback promptly
- Represent the company professionally at all times
- Participate in:
- Weekly video meetings
- Monthly in-person team meetings
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, organised, and professional
- Comfortable with travel across London when required
- Access to a smartphone + ability to use video conferencing platforms
- Previous property or customer service experience is desirable but not essential

Key Details
📍 Location: Primarily East London, with occasional appointments across Greater London ⏰ Hours:
- Mondays-Fridays: 4:00PM – 8:00PM (flexible)
- Occasional Saturday appointments
🕒 Weekly Commitment: 10 – 20 hours 💶 Pay:
- £10.85 – £12.71 per hour (plus Travelcard expenses)
- Casual/Part-Time contract
