Role Description
This is a part-time, remote Freelance Psychologist role focused on providing high-quality psychological services to a diverse client base. The Freelance Psychologist will conduct virtual individual sessions, perform psychological assessments, and develop evidence-based treatment or support plans. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring client progress, and communicating clearly about goals, expectations, and outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams or external partners when appropriate, adhering to professional codes of ethics, and staying current with relevant research and best practices. Scheduling is flexible but requires reliable availability, timely responses to client inquiries, and consistent follow-through on agreed services.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, including understanding of common psychological conditions, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based interventions.
- Demonstrated experience in Counseling, providing empathetic, client-centered support across diverse backgrounds and needs.
- Proficiency in Psychological Assessment, including conducting structured interviews, using standardized tools, and interpreting results responsibly.
- Relevant background in Medicine or behavioral health settings is beneficial, particularly experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Advanced degree in Psychology (master’s or doctoral level) and appropriate licensure or certification to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong communication skills, professional writing for clinical documentation, and comfort using secure telehealth and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality and data security in line with legal and ethical requirements.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a demonstrated commitment to inclusivity, cultural humility, and non-discriminatory practice.
