From personal leasing for individual customers through to managing entire fleets for some of the UK's best-known brands. At Novuna Vehicle Solutions We're leading the way with Electric Vehicle Leasing, Alternative Fuels and Fleet Electrification. From installing home-charging units for individual drivers to helping our commercial fleet customers select vehicles and plan their infrastructure.

What you'll do.

As a Purchasing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping our customers get on the road. Working closely with our Purchasing Team Leader and wider team, you'll manage the end-to-end vehicle ordering process - from initial order through to delivery.

You'll be working with corporate customers across company car and salary sacrifice schemes, primarily focusing on passenger vehicles (with the occasional small van). The role is varied, collaborative, and rotated across the team - so you'll have plenty of opportunities to learn and develop.

This is a part-time position (22.5 hours per week), covering Wednesday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with a hybrid working pattern (50% office-based in Newbury, 50% working from home).
