I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Qualifications
- Proven track record of sales in high ticket online spaces — not just training or knowledge
- Experience as a remote closer specifically (not car sales, real estate, timeshare, or similar) — you must have experience selling a high-ticket online agency, consulting, or coaching program
- Comfortable working with aggressive, black-and-white sales goals
- Winning mindset and obsession with growth
- Ability to take feedback and implement it
- Good understanding of sales philosophy, human psychology, and how to lead people to their own conclusions persuasively rather than using external pressure
- A basic understanding of online marketing and business
- Tech-literate with real experience using a CRM and communication software (more than email and spreadsheets)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Integrity and follow-through on commitments
- Self-motivated with a constant drive for excellence and improvement
Compensation (OTE)
- Minimum OTE at baseline KPI (32-40 live calls per month) is $2,400-$3,200
- Room for growth — we are a 7-figure company fast-tracking to 8, and this is your chance to get in on the ground level and build with us
- Potential for full time for the right person and performance
Who This Role Is For
- Individuals who take complete responsibility and ownership of their results, with a mindset of perseverance — you don't look to external circumstances as excuses
- Proactive individuals who can see around corners and read people well
- Those seeking a great team culture to develop their skills, stay long term, and be part of explosive growth
- People who have played competitive sports and have a competitive edge
- People who know how to win
