Part-Time Residential Property Manager
North West London | Office-Based | 20–25 Hours Per Week (Across 5 Days) | £50,000 Pro Rata + Off-Street Parking
Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a well-established, family-owned company? Our client is seeking an organised and proactive part-time Property Manager to oversee a high-quality residential portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team in a varied and flexible part-time role.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and refurbishment works
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Manage insurance matters, rent invoicing, and arrears
- Maintain accurate property records using property management software
- Use of MS Packages / PropMan or similar software

About You
- Previous residential property management experience is essential
- Experience managing a property portfolio
- Strong communication, organizational, and IT skills
- Professional, customer-focused, and able to manage a busy workload
