Job Description
Part Time β 20 to 30 hours per week
This role means working every:
- Friday evening
- All day Saturday (split shifts)
- All day Sunday (split shifts)
- Monday mornings
You will work split shifts to cover our restaurant service times:
- Breakfast: 7.45am β 11.30am
- Lunch: 12.15pm β 3.00pm
- Dinner: 6.15pm β 10.00pm
About the Role
As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll play an important part in creating a fantastic dining experience for our guests. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll deliver exceptional service across breakfast, lunch and dinner, helping to make every guest's stay memorable.

- Delivering warm, friendly and professional customer service.
- Serving food and drinks during breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
- Preparing restaurant areas for service, including setting, clearing and relaying tables.
- Polishing cutlery, crockery and glassware to ensure the highest presentation standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming dining environment.
- Developing a good knowledge of the resort so you can confidently assist our guests.
- Attending training to build your knowledge of dietary requirements, allergens and service standards.
- Working as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Rates of Pay
- Β£12.71 per hour β Age 21+
- Β£10.85 per hour β Age 18β20
Qualifications
Although previous waiting experience is not essential, it would be advantageous.
We are looking for candidates that can:
- Build rapport with our guests and help them to feel welcome and enjoy their stay
- Have the necessary knowledge to assist with any dietary or allergen requirements
- Work as a team to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service at each meal throughout their stay
- Use attention to detail to ensure that your work-station is kept clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Ensure that you attend all relevant training sessions so that you can work to the best of your ability
- Promote teamwork by establishing strong working relationships with those around you by treating your colleagues with respect
