Key Information
Please note: This is a full-time role (8+ hours/week) with complete flexibility required (Monday–Sunday).
About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. We’re looking for passionate, enthusiastic individuals who thrive in showcasing our diverse range of products and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Your primary goal is to create a first-class shopping experience through exceptional service, attitude, and product knowledge.
Successfully, you’ll:
✔ DEFY ORDINARY by employing insightful questions to understand individual customer needs. ✔ Expertly recommend products—sets, accessories, and add-ons—to piece together perfect shopping experiences. ✔ Support customers every step of the way by mastering:
- Product specifications
- Fabric and weather durability
- Product care guidelines
- Best-matched companions
From the start, you’ll be Footasylum Sales Ambassadors—driving sales growth while ensuring exceptional personalised service.
About You

Customer Service
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism.
- Make every guest feel like a VIP through ultra-attentive service.
- Inform and guide customers with expert product knowledge.
- Foster connections by resolving questions and issues promptly.
Sales & Product Expertise
- Train quickly on our full product line to deliver personalised recommendations.
- Create captivating product displays and suggest complements effectively.
- Stay up to date with trends and product developments.
Teamwork & Store Standards
- Work collaboratively to achieve store goals.
- Keep the shop floor fun and engaging.
- Maintain the store in a pristine, inviting condition.
Learning & Growth
- Embrace rigorous training programs and use them to develop both personally and professionally.
- Upskill constantly in your customer service and retail expertise.
