Part-Time Sales Assistant – Bury Store


About the Role

We are hiring Sales Assistants for one of our exciting stores in Bury.

⚠️ note: This is a full-time role (8+ hours per week) requiring full flexibility across Monday–Sunday.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the heartbeat of our business. You will:

  • ثير passionately about showcasing our products and going above and beyond for every customer.
  • Provide the best shopping experience on the high street by offering exceptional personalised service.
  • DEFY ORDINARY—ask insightful questions to understand customers' needs and curate tailored recommendations, including sets, accessories, and add-ons.
  • Become a FOOTASYLUM Sales Ambassador, mastering product knowledge such as fabric, weather durability, care instructions, and best-matched companions.

About You

We’re looking for outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic individuals who embody:

  • A vibrant, can-do attitude—approachable, organised, and proactive.
  • A passion for customer engagement—excited to spark lively conversations and exceeding expectations.
  • No prior sales experience required—just the confidence and charisma to connect instantly with our diverse range of customers.

Customer Experience

  • Greet and welcome every customer with a smile and friendly demeanour.
  • Turn every interaction into a memorable experience, ensuring customers leave satisfied.
  • Proactively recommend products that align with customers’ needs and preferences.
  • Be the trusted advisor—turn questions into opportunities to deliver expert advice.

Product Mastery & Retail Excellence

  • Deep product knowledge: Learn specifications, features, and complementary pairings.
  • Collaborate with your team to hit store targets while keeping a fun, inclusive atmosphere.
  • Present products beautifully, enhancing the in-store appeal.
  • Stay updated on trends to empower customers with cutting-edge insights.

Operational & Professionalism

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and visually inviting shop floor.
  • Engage with training sessions and continuous development.
  • Handle transactions smoothly while ensuring every purchase feels exceptional.
  • Resolve issues promptly and make customers feel genuinely valued.
