Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, your role will include:

  • Greeting customers and assisting with product selection and queries
  • Delivering outstanding customer service at every touchpoint
  • Maintaining a well-stocked, tidy, and visually appealing shop floor
  • Replenishing shelves and rails to meet customer demand
  • Processing transactions efficiently and accurately at the till
  • Promoting current offers and upselling where appropriate
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve daily sales and service goals

Qualifications & Requirements

While formal qualifications aren’t mandatory, we’re looking for:

  • Retail or customer service experience (a plus, but not essential)
  • A confident communicator with a friendly, positive attitude
  • Someone who thrives as a team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and reliability, especially during peak trade periods
  • Motivation to deliver results and take pride in your work
