Customer Service & Sales Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (20 Hours/Week)
Are you a talent in customer service and sales? At SIXT, you can fully showcase your strengths. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our vehicle fleet, and take on a variety of branch tasks—all while learning about our vehicles with hands-on training and providing first-class service.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, blending friendliness, professionalism, and a passion for sales and service into every interaction. Your duties include:
- Handling rental agreements and resolving customer inquiries
- Operating efficiently with a service-oriented mindset while maintaining an engaging, positive attitude
- Supporting fleet management and diverse branch operations
- Working flexibly across 20 hours per week
Location: SIXT’s new Exeter Airport branch Contract Duration: Fixed-term until end of October 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring positive customer experiences from first contact through checkout
- Supporting vehicle sales appointments and processing bookings
- Managing customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Assisting in fleet inspections and administrative tasks
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a high-standards branch environment

Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Completed secondary education (e.g., finished high school)
- Essential skills:
- Strong customer service aptitude
- Sales experience or enthusiasm
- Key attributes:
- Passion for sales and customer service
- Flexibility and adaptability, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented with a positive, energetic approach
- Driving requirements:
- Hold a full UK/EU driving license (preferred)
- At least 12 months’ driving experience

- Yearly earnings (20-hour contract):
- Base salary of £13,255.28 pro-rata plus commission for achievements
