Part Time Sales & Fleet Executive - Cardiff
Customer Service Technical Advisor – Part-Time (20 hrs/week)
At SIXT, you’ll be the first and last point of customer contact—inspiring smart, friendly, and solution-driven interactions while driving sales and maintaining our premium fleet’s impeccable standards.
With flexible working hours, uncapped bonus opportunities (OTE £17,500–£25,000), and part-time availability (20 hrs/week at our new Cardiff branch, opening August 2026), this role is your chance to grow sales, elevate customer experiences, and contribute to one of the world’s leading mobility providers.
About the Role
- The go-to customer service and sales ambassador with the premium SIXT brand
- Create traction in every interaction with tailored offers, transforming customer need into memorable moments
- Handle rental agreements, enquiries, and damage inspections while embodying professionalism and warmth
- Complete documentation for vehicle handover, fuel refilling, and damage reports with absolute accuracy
- Strengthen branch operations through efficient vehicle management, deliveries, collections, and refuelling
- Ensure spick-and-span vehicle standards by preparing, cleaning, and valeting automobiles per premium fleet requirements
Your Core Responsibilities
- Sales & Service: Apply enthusiasm for sales with outstanding personal service—achieving upsell goals while embodying the SIXT way
- Frontline Handling: Procure comprehensive information to assign rentals efficiently, settle payments, and process bookings
- Loss Prevention: Spot vehicle damage/recalls immediately—complete detailed damage reports on collection/return, ensuring customers’ transparency
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records—purchase orders, vehicle conditions, return checks/new bookings—to upkeep seamless operations
- Branch Support: Assist with refuelling, cleaning, grocery purchases, insurance checks, and short-term driving—supporting the frontline team
- Customer Relations: Strengthen trust by communicating clearly with customers, addressing concerns, and documenting return reasons
- Interdepartmental Flow: Coordinate vehicle and staff delivery routines between rental counters, compound, and seasonal locations

- Sales & Service-Passioned: Your enthusiasm for sales harmony with crystal-clear customer support is evident in every role you take on—specifically within service, tourism, or retail
- Customer Dialogue Skills: Exude clarity, friendliness, and energy—even during peak times—while troubleshooting simple issues independently
