Part Time School Transport Driver
Part Time Home-to-School Transport Drivers (Colchester)
We are urgently recruiting reliable individuals in Colchester for Part Time Home-to-School Transport Driver roles to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

- Enjoy split shifts (approx. 20 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, morning and afternoon)
- Work around other commitments with weekends and middays off

Responsibilities
As part of our transport team, you will:
- Safely and confiably transport children/young adults with special needs or vulnerabilities
- Maintain a professional, caring, and friendly approach for all passengers, staff, and parents
- Ensure smooth, timely runs and approach travel with patience and empathy
- Communicate any family or student support issues to relevant staff

Requirements
To join us, we require: ✅ A valid UK driving licence (car category) ✅ Commitment to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (arranged by us) ✅ Group 2 Medical Assessment (funded by us) ✅ Right to work in the UK
