Part-Time SEND Teaching Assistant (1:1 Autism Support) | Thursdays & Fridays | Bethnal Green
Applying for this role is straightforward. Scroll down and click [Apply] to be considered.
Finding a genuinely long-term, part-time SEND role can be difficult. That’s why we’re excited to be recruiting for this opportunity.
Rising Hope Education is seeking an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Bethnal Green, supporting a lovely KS2 pupil with autism every Thursday and Friday from September 2026.
About the Opportunity
This role has arisen because the current full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant, who has built an excellent relationship with the pupil, will be reducing their hours in September 2026. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to work as part of a job-share arrangement alongside them for the full academic year.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
