Are you an experienced Senior Administrator looking for a part-time role? We have an exciting part-time position available in London Bridge that has the potential to go permanent.
Our client is a successful membership organisation that started over 70 years ago!
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Administration support to a small team. Operating three days per week, the role focuses on supporting the Office Manager across various departments.
Start date: Monday 6th July
Pay rate: £15ph - £16ph
Working module: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Location: London Bridge
Hours: 9am to 5pm (1hr lunch)
Length of assignment: Ongoing temp to perm
Duties
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Office Manager & team
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails & calls)
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Act as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiries
- Handle queries professionally, escalating where appropriate

Requirements
- Previous experience within an Administration position
- Proactive, hands on & can think outside the box
- Flexible with working hours/days
- Strong IT skills including Mailchimp, Hivebrite & Stripe
